Every bottle is packed to ship safely. If yours arrives cracked or broken, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll ship a replacement at no cost. If you simply don't love it, return it within 30 days.
How to care for it.
Rinse before first use.
Warm water and a drop of soap. That's it.
Dishwasher, top rack.
The glass is dishwasher safe. Hand-wash the lid to keep the seal in shape.
Avoid extreme jumps.
Don't go straight from the freezer to boiling water. Let it adjust first.

Will it break easily?
Borosilicate is stronger and more heat-resistant than everyday glass, but it's still glass. A hard drop onto concrete can break it. If it arrives damaged, we replace it for free.
Can I use it for hot drinks?
Yes. Borosilicate handles warm drinks and temperature changes well. Just avoid going straight from the freezer to boiling water.
Is it dishwasher safe?
The glass is dishwasher safe on the top rack. We recommend hand-washing the lid to keep the seal working longer.
How long does shipping take?
Every order ships with tracking to all 50 states. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your bottle is on its way.
What if it arrives broken?
Send a photo of the damage to nivosa.store@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement at no cost. No need to return the broken one.
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return your bottle if you don't love it. Reach out and we'll send you the steps.
